  • Replacing your diet with those foods that contain less saturated fatty acids. For instance you can replace intake of red meat to that of light animal proteins like fish and chicken.

Protecting your liver by maintaining healthy eating and drinking habits and exercising for at least 30 minutes a day to loose extra weight is the best way to prevent fatty liver and its complications. Follow your doctor’s instructions and keep a good track of your diabetes and cholesterol and lead a healthy way of life!
